There are several places to get help with any owners and employees claims from group plans. All major insurers and most of the small ones have online member services at your disposal. You will need a password to set up your online account and your plan administrator can help you with this. Your plan administrator can also help you find a phone number of the helpline at your insurer if you would like to speak with someone directly.
If you cannot find your answer online or you do not have any luck speaking with the insurer, then give our office a call at 1.800.876.4163 and speak to Jim Redfern, who will try and get you the answers you need.
