There are several places to get help with any group plan’s claims. All major insurers and most of the small ones have online member services at your disposal. You will need a password to set up your online account and your plan administrator can help you with this. Your plan administrator can also help you find a phone number of the help line at your insurer if you would like to speak with someone directly.
